Job Summary
Konnet International is seeking an Accounting and Finance Manager to manage the full finance cycle for their pioneer team in the Philippines. The role involves overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring tax compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of leadership experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the retail sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial reports and closing schedules
- Oversee accounts receivable, payable, and disbursements
- Coordinate with third-party partners for tax and government compliance
- Supervise and mentor the finance team
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field
- Minimum 5 years in finance and accounting leadership
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills
- Experience with accounting software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
