Industrial Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to analyze existing processes, develop improvements to increase productivity, and apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. The role involves conducting time studies, creating process documentation, and supporting business process automation initiatives. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
- Create and Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate performance reports
- Assist in cost reduction initiatives and resource optimization
- Support business process automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field)
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in related field
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
