Accounting Specialist
Job Summary
The Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing payroll, employee benefits, expense documentation, and financial reconciliations. This role ensures compliance with local tax and registration regulations while supporting internal audits. Candidates are expected to have a background in accounting with strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Required Skills

Job Details
Administration and documentation of all salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, payroll taxes, and benefits), and workers' compensation of all employees.
Manages replenishment and reconciliation of working funds.
Monitors monthly budgets and actuals.
Administers expense payments to suppliers and reimbursement to employees.
Account for all income derived from sales (vegetables, bricks, others)
Gathers and records weekly purchases and disbursements, such as receipts, sales invoices, and all other documents pertaining to payments and expenses.
Account for actual fund transfers received from monthly/bi-monthly operational funds replenishment.
Ensures regional operations are compliant with Philippine tax and registration, employee benefits, and compensation.
Assists the Internal Auditor on the annual audit review.
Participates in a weekly meeting.
Job Qualifications
Four-year college courses and/or an Accounting Degree are recommended.
1-3 years of Equivalent or directly applicable Experience required.
Strong MS Office skills: MS Word, Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with management, staff and customer relations.
