Key Responsibilities • Voucher preparation and monitoring • Organization of supporting financial documents • Daily sales reconciliation support • Accounts receivable monitoring • Doctor PF/rebate computation support • Expense and purchase monitoring • Passbook and finance document monitoring • Coordination with accounting, purchasing, and operations teams • Backup support for critical accounting and finance processes Qualifications • Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Accounting Technology, or related course • Preferably with at least 1–2 years of accounting or administrative experience • Organized and detail-oriented • Strong follow-through and sense of accountability • Good Excel / Google Sheets skills • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Trustworthy and comfortable handling sensitive financial documents • Good communication and coordination skills Salary & Compensation Package • Salary range: ₱19,000 – ₱22,000/month depending on experience and capability • Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) • 13th Month Pay • Paid leaves upon regularization • Free General Physician Consultation • Employee discounts on diagnostic tests and pre-employment exams • Annual salary increase based on performance • Opportunity for growth within the company Work Setup • Full-time • On-site
