Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Creator Partnerships / Business Development Specialist to help us grow our network of TikTok Shop creators in the Furniture & Home & Living category. The ideal candidate will handle creator sourcing, recruitment, outreach, and relationship management to drive livestream sales. Experience in TikTok Shop, livestream e-commerce, or influencer management is required.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit TikTok Shop creators and livestream sellers
- Negotiate collaboration terms including free samples and commission
- Monitor creator performance, sales, orders, and livestream activity
Required Skills
- 1–2+ years experience in TikTok Shop or creator management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source and recruit active TikTok Shop creators and livestream sellers
• Build and maintain a strong local creator database
• Reach out to creators through TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other channels
• Introduce and negotiate collaboration terms, including free product samples + commission
• Build long-term relationships with creators and follow up on livestream schedules and commitments
• Monitor creator performance, sales, orders, and livestream activity
• Work closely with Operations and Host Support to ensure successful creator collaborations
• Evaluate creator performance and identify high-potential creators
REQUIREMENTS
• 1–2+ years of experience in TikTok Shop, livestream e-commerce, influencer/creator management, affiliate marketing, or business development
• Experience in creator sourcing, outreach, or partnership management is a plus
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and livestream selling
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, organized, and target-oriented
• Experience in Furniture, Home & Living, or e commerce is an advantage
