We are looking for an experienced Coding Supervisor – Inpatient to join our team and lead a healthcare coding environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong inpatient procedural coding experience alongside proven leadership skills. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, monitoring coding accuracy, and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the inpatient coding team
- Monitor coding accuracy, productivity, and quality performance
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and client requirements
Required Skills
- Active Coding Certification (CPC, CCS, CIC, or equivalent)
- Solid experience in inpatient procedural coding
- Experience in supervising or managing a coding team
- Strong understanding of coding guidelines and compliance
