Product Manager

Key Responsibilities: Prepare training materials and training course outline (TCO) for training sessions and lectures Organize and manage client and employee training programs and sessions Lead and support the introduction of new PMLS products Demonstrate equipment, procedures, and techniques to internal and external stakeholders Provide technical assistance and product leadership and support to marketing, sales, service, and external stakeholders Build and maintain customer relationships Resolve customer issues and escalations Continuously expand product knowledge through actual use and testing of products Conduct in-depth product and market research and analyze industry trends Provide regular feedback to management on matters pertaining to industry and product development Identify product competitors and provide analysis and recommendations Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or any related healthcare course Licensed healthcare professionals (e.g., Nurse) is an advantage At least five (5) years of related work experience in the medical devices/products/equipment industry Preferably with experience handling patient monitoring and life support equipment such as Patient Monitors, Ventilators, Defibrillators, Infusion Pumps, and Anesthesia Machines Experience in product management, product specialist, or clinical application roles is an advantage
