Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Support Associate (Voice) to provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone calls. - Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related concerns. - Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner. - Document customer interactions accurately in the system. - Follow company policies, call handling procedures, and quality standards. - Meet individual and team performance metrics.
