Job Summary
We are seeking an Aesthetic Beauty Consultant to prepare rooms and supplies, conduct client treatments, and provide post-treatment care and follow-ups. The role involves administering salon resources, generating referrals, and handling sales and collections in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of hands-on experience, and strong skincare knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Prepare rooms, supplies, and equipment for treatments
- Monitor clients and render treatments safely
- Communicate post-treatment instructions and document progress
- Handle sales, collections, and care calls
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Beauty Therapy or related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on aesthetics experience
- Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares and completes Room, Supplies, Tools and Machines for a totally aseptic Treatments or Procedures.
- Prepares Client for treatment Risk Factor Assessment Chart, Files & Records.
- Rendering of Treatments and Closely Monitoring the Client during the Treatment.
- Communicating Post Treatment Instructions and Medicines to Clients.
- Charting & Related Documentation like Before & After Picture.
- Client Post Treatment Follow Up.
- Administration of Room, Supplies, Tools and Machines.
- Care calls, Referrals Generation, Sales and Collections, and other tasks as may be given.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in aesthetics or beauty consulting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of skin care, cosmetic products, and treatments; excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide personalized beauty consultations, recommend treatments, and maintain client records.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced salon or spa environment, possible evening and weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, detail-oriented, and possess a strong passion for beauty and aesthetics.
