Branch Operations Head

Job Description: Responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient distribution, inventory management, order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and customer service. The Branch Operations Head will lead branch personnel, monitor operational performance, ensure proper handling and storage of food products, and maintain compliance with company policies and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily branch and distribution operations. - Manage inventory, warehousing, order processing, and deliveries. - Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, and head office teams. - Monitor branch performance, productivity, and operational costs. - Ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of food products. - Lead, supervise, and develop branch employees. - Address operational issues and customer concerns promptly. - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards. Qualifications: - With experience in food distribution, logistics, warehouse, or branch operations. - Preferably with supervisory or management experience. - Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of inventory and distribution processes. - Willing to work in a fast-paced branch environment.
