Job Summary
We are seeking an Industrial Engineer / Production Planner to develop master production schedules, conduct time-and-motion studies, and drive process improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles. The ideal candidate will optimize factory capacity, track performance metrics, and collaborate on operational problem-solving. This is a full-time technical role based in Valenzuela City.

Job Details
š *Key Responsibilities*- *Production Scheduling*: Develop the master production schedule and convert project deadlines into backward production timelines.- *Capacity & Loading*: Determine exact machine and manpower capacities, calculate factory loading, and create weekly/monthly capacity forecasts.- *Work Measurement*: Conduct time-and-motion studies to establish standard man-hours and lead times across different product families.- *Performance Analysis*: Measure actual vs. standard hours, track Work-in-Progress (WIP), analyze downtime, overtime, reworks, and manufacturing waste.- *Process Improvement*: Optimize factory layout and material flow while implementing Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.- *Data & Dashboards*: Develop data-driven production dashboards, monitor departmental KPIs, and provide management with independent performance reports.- *Problem Solving*: Forecast production bottlenecks and collaborate with the Production Manager on operational recovery scenarios.

*Must-Have:*
- *Education*: Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE).
- *Technical Skills*: Proven competency in production/capacity planning, time-and-motion studies, manpower planning, process mapping, and root-cause analysis.
- *Methodologies*: Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and 5S frameworks.
- *Software Tools*: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
*Strong Advantages / Nice-to-Have:*
- Experience with Power BI and ERP/MRP systems.
- Ability to interpret AutoCAD and basic manufacturing drawings.
- Background in sheet-metal manufacturing or a job-shop (high-mix, low-volume) production environment.
