Accounting Staff
Job Summary
Infinite Aero Spares Inc. is seeking a hands-on Accounting Staff to manage the books and compliance of their group of companies. The ideal candidate will handle general bookkeeping, tax filings, and regulatory contributions using QuickBooks. This role requires a graduate of BS Accountancy with 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Maintain books and records in QuickBooks
- Prepare and file BIR returns and statutory contributions
- Prepare financial statements and management reports

- Familiarity with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG

Responsibilities
- Maintain the books of several affiliated companies in QuickBooks, keeping each entity's records accurate and separate
- Record sales, purchases, collections, disbursements, and other transactions
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and month-end closing entries
- Prepare and file BIR returns through eFPS/eBIRForms (VAT/percentage tax, withholding taxes, quarterly and annual income tax)
- Compute and remit SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions
- Prepare financial statements, schedules, and management reports
- Coordinate with our external auditor on the annual audited financial statements
- Keep supporting documents organized and audit-ready
- Track compliance deadlines for all companies
Job Requirements
- Graduate of BS Accountancy (CPA is a plus but not required)
- 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a company or an accounting firm
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Has personally prepared and filed BIR returns via eFPS/eBIRForms
- Experience handling multiple companies or affiliated entities is a strong advantage
- Familiar with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG processes
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Can start immediately
