Call Center Representative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Handle customer inquiries through phone calls in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related concerns. Resolve customer issues by identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction. Document customer interactions and update records accurately. Meet account performance standards, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Follow company policies, account procedures, and data privacy guidelines. JOB REQUIREMENTS High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate. Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply. With or without BPO experience, depending on account requirements. At least 6 months of international customer service experience is an advantage. Willing to work onsite, on shifting schedules, and during night shifts, when required. Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. Willing to undergo the company's recruitment process and training.
