Beauty Advisors for Aqua+ Series skincare products at Watsons stores. As a Beauty Advisor, you will assist customers in choosing suitable skincare products, provide product recommendations, and help achieve store sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and recommend Aqua+ Series skincare products to customers.
- Explain product benefits, features, and proper usage.
- Assist customers in selecting products suited to their skincare needs.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and proper product arrangement.
- Monitor product stocks and coordinate with store personnel when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or college level/graduate.
- With or without experience in sales, retail, or beauty products.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and enthusiastic about skincare and beauty.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to be assigned to Watsons stores in Manila and nearby areas.
