Job Details

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns through phone calls. Provide helpful and accurate information about products, services, and account-related matters. Help customers resolve issues by understanding their needs and offering the right solutions. Keep every conversation professional, friendly, and customer-focused. Record customer interactions and update account information accurately. Meet account performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Follow company guidelines, account procedures, and data privacy policies. JOB REQUIREMENTS High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate. Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply. With or without BPO experience, depending on account requirements. At least 6 months of international customer service experience is an advantage. Willing to work onsite, on shifting schedules, and during night shifts, when required. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. Willing to complete the company's recruitment process and training.
