Job Details
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding inquiries, reservations, events, and other services.
- Respond promptly to customer messages through social media pages, and other online communication platforms.
- Provide accurate information about menu offerings, promotions, events, operating hours, and branch locations.
- Assist customers with reservations, bookings, and inquiries.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with branch staff and management to ensure customer requests are properly addressed.
- Perform other administrative or customer service-related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree of any course.
- With or without experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in handling social media platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
