E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Key responsibilities • Prepare monthly sales targets, promotional calendars and operating plans. • Manage website and marketplace performance, including Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop where applicable. • Coordinate product launches, pricing and promotions with management, marketing and inventory. • Monitor sales, product margins, platform fees, advertising costs, cancellations and returns. • Supervise product listings, customer service and order fulfillment. • Establish procedures for stock allocation, dispatch, exchanges and escalations. • Submit weekly performance reports with clear corrective actions. Qualifications • At least 3 years of relevant ecommerce experience, including team or project leadership. • Hands-on experience managing online stores or marketplace seller accounts. • Able to analyze sales, costs and profitability using Excel or Google Sheets. • Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills. • Retail, fashion, accessories or jewelry experience is an advantage. Performance measures: Profitable sales growth, campaign results, stock accuracy, on-time dispatch and customer satisfaction.
