IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end software development, implementation, and system integration projects. - Oversee system architecture design, development processes, and integration of software and hardware solutions. - Monitor performance and operational status of equipment during installation, configuration, and testing. - Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams to conduct optimization testing and ensure system reliability. - Provide technical direction and support to engineering teams, resolving issues related to software and equipment. - Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver on schedule and within targets. - Ensure projects meet business objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirements. - Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Requirements / Qualifications: - Strong initiative, proactive mindset, and passion for operational excellence. - Effective communication skills and ability to work independently. - Experience managing technical projects or cross-functional engineering teams is a plus. - Familiarity with system integration, software development processes, and project management best practices is preferred.
