Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support Healthcare/Medical Assistance accounts. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting members, providers, and clients with inquiries, and coordinating healthcare services. You will be responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience through professional communication and efficient issue resolution.

Job Details
Work schedule: 5 Days a week work shift/shifting schedule (day shift, mid shift or night shift). Moving rest days (2 rest days in a week). 5 Days training (paid training)/morning shift. After 5 days training, Shadowing for 2 weeks will be a rotating shift for 2 weeks.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field preferred or has a 3rd year college level health allied course.
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a healthcare, medical, HMO, insurance, or BPO environment.
