Customer Service Representative

Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, preferably within the logistics, supply chain or transportation industry Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex logistics concepts clearly Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues Proficiency with customer service software, databases and ticketing systems Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining quality Patience, empathy and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service Organizational skills and attention to detail when processing information and documentation Fluent in both spoken and written Korean (native or near-native proficiency) with the ability to communicate professionally with Korean customers, business partners, and suppliers. Strong written Korean skills for responding to emails, preparing customer correspondence, and handling business communications accurately and professionally. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with internal teams and international clients. High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is preferred Ability to work full-time with availability for shift work if required
