Job Details
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transaction Processing: Recording journal entries for the receipt of loan proceeds and disbursement of repayments.
- Reconciliation: Conducting monthly reconciliations of loan accounts to confirm balances match with lenders.
- Cash Flow Monitoring: Keeping track of outstanding debts and upcoming cash outflows to support treasury management.
- Reporting: Preparing reports on outstanding debt, interest payments, and compliance with debt covenants.
- Internal Controls: Maintaining strong internal controls over cash and debt management.
- Expected Credit Loss (ECL) if applicable.
- Other related tasks.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Financial Management or any related course.
- With 2-3 years of work experience.
- Financial literacy.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
