HR Administrator
Job Summary
Phil National Lines Inc. is seeking an HR Administrator with 2-3 years of experience in HR or Admin roles. The candidate will support recruitment, employee records, timekeeping, onboarding, and general administrative tasks. A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintain employee 201 files and HR documents
- Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle HR inquiries, reports, and administrative tasks
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
- 2-3 years experience in HR or Admin role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with ability to handle confidential information

Recruitment Support:
- Assist in job posting and sourcing of applicants.
- Screen resumes and schedule interview.
- Coordinate with applicants and hiring managers.
- Maintain applicant database.
Employee Records & Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee 201 files.
- Prepare employment contracts and HR documents.
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping.
Timekeeping and Attendance:
- Assist in monitoring attendance and DTR.
- Help process leave applications and overtime records.
- Coordinate with payroll regarding attendance issues.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Assist in new employee onboarding and orientation.
- Prepare onboarding materials and requirements.
- Process clearance and exit documents for resigning employees
HR Administration:
- Assist in HR-related inquiries from employees.
- Prepare HR reports as needed
- Assist in company events and employee activities
- Coordinate meetings and HR-related schedules.
- Support HR policies and compliance.
General Administrative Support:
- Handle emails and HR correspondence.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies when needed.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
