1. What you'll do
- Source and shortlist suppliers
- Request and negotiate quotations
- Compare 3–5 suppliers per item on unit price, MOQ, lead time, and reliability
- Build landed-cost computations using our costing template
- Coordinate inspections and track shipments through to Philippine delivery
- Prepare client-facing quotations and maintain the supplier database
2. What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in any field — Supply Chain, IT, and Marketing graduates all considered
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP)
- Strong attention to detail; comfortable working with numbers
- Clear written English for daily supplier correspondence
- No prior procurement experience necessary — full training provided
