Job Summary
The Industrial Engineer will develop, implement, and monitor company health, safety, and environment policies and procedures. The role involves conducting workplace safety inspections, facilitating employee training, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. Additionally, the candidate will lead emergency response programs and manage safety documentation.

Job Details
Develop, implement, and monitor company health and safety policies, programs, and procedures in accordance with DOLE, DOH, DENR, etc.
Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification to ensure safe working conditions.
Investigate and document incidents, accidents, near misses; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Facilitate employee orientation and training programs on occupational safety, fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and proper handling of equipment.
Maintain and update records of health and safety activities, permits, and regulatory submissions.
Coordinate with government agencies like BFP, DOLE, LGU, etc. for compliance audits, inspections, and certifications.
Lead emergency response and disaster preparedness programs, including fire and earthquake drills.
Perform other tasks related to health, safety, and environment as may be assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer (SO2 or higher).
Willing to be trained.
Strong communication skills.
Attention to details, analytical skills, documentation, and ability to respond quickly in emergencies.
