Healthcare Customer Service

Job Description We are looking for Healthcare Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our Healthcare account. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about helping people, have good communication skills, and are interested in building a career in the healthcare customer service industry. As a Healthcare CSR, you will assist customers or healthcare members with their inquiries, account concerns, and service-related requests. You will provide accurate information, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure a positive customer experience while following company and account procedures. Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries and concerns through appropriate support channels. - Provide accurate information regarding healthcare-related services and account concerns. - Assist customers with account and service requests. - Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently. - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. - Follow healthcare account policies, procedures, and quality standards. - Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality. - Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction. Qualifications - High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate - No call center experience required - Good English communication and interpersonal skills - Customer-service oriented and willing to assist customers - Basic computer and typing skills - Willing to work onsite - Willing to work in Sucat/Parañaque area - B2 English proficiency preferred Compensation & Benefits - Salary Package: ₱18,500 - Work Location: 2/F Santana Grove, Dr. A. Santos Avenue, Parañaque City - Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM - Account: Healthcare - Work Setup: Onsite
