Franchise Officer
Job Summary
The Franchise Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with new franchisees. The role involves developing and managing strategic partnerships, negotiating contract terms, and driving the end-to-end sales process. Additionally, the candidate will conduct market research and collaborate with the demand creation team to conceptualize pricing and promos.

Job Details

Will be doing presentations to prospective clients and company executives.
Track, identify and add qualified prospects to company sales pipeline

Conceptualizes with the pricing, promos and programs with the demand creation team to create proposals.
Drive the end-to-end sales process
Job Requirements
Graduate of any 4-year Business related course
Has at least 3 years’ experience in Franchising Business Operations
Has a strong communication and negotiation skills and solid understanding of business principles.
Must be able to build strong, positive relationships with franchisees and internal teams.
Responsible for identifying potential franchisee or UNO Business Center (UBC)
