Role Description Join our Premium Telco Program as a Customer Service Representative handling a Voice – Billing account. Provide excellent customer support by addressing billing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries related to billing and telco services. - Resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally. - Provide clear information and appropriate solutions. - Maintain quality customer interactions and follow company procedures. - Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. Qualifications - Freshers are welcome! - High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate. - HS Graduate, SHS Graduate, College Undergraduate, and College Graduate are welcome to apply. - With or without call center experience. - Must have excellent communication skills. - Willing to undergo onsite processing. - Candidates must be profiled and hired for the Premium Telco Program only.
