Job Details
Develop new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and contacting potential customers through personal visits, telephone calls, email, and other sales channels. Assist in securing customer orders and achieving assigned sales targets by understanding customer requirements and promoting appropriate products from the company’s raw materials portfolio. Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers through regular sales calls, customer visits, follow-ups, and responsive customer service. Develop sufficient knowledge of the company’s products, including specifications, applications, pricing, packaging, availability, and delivery requirements, to effectively respond to customer inquiries and recommend suitable products. Prepare and provide accurate quotations and commercial proposals based on customer requirements and approved company pricing, and proactively follow up on quotations and pending orders. Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate processing and fulfillment of customer orders. Address customer inquiries, complaints, product concerns, and delivery issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to the appropriate supervisor or department when necessary. Monitor customer purchasing activities, market trends, competitor pricing, and product availability to identify opportunities for repeat orders, cross-selling, and new business development. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation, and prepare required reports including sales activity, lost-business, quotation, and customer follow-up reports. Assist in preparing monthly sales forecasts based on existing accounts, customer requirements, pending quotations, orders, and sales opportunities. Support senior sales personnel in customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and other business development activities while progressively taking ownership of assigned accounts. Participate in product training, sales meetings, customer visits, and other activities to continuously improve product knowledge, selling skills, and market understanding. Perform all sales and customer-related activities professionally and ethically, in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
0–3 years of sales experience; fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience in B2B sales, wholesale/distribution, manufacturing, chemicals, industrial products, or raw materials is an advantage.
Willingness to conduct customer visits, field sales activities, and business development calls.
Willingness to learn technical/product knowledge related to raw materials and their applications.
