Job Details

Key Responsibilities - Coordinate the collection and verification of required NVC documents and supporting requirements. - Monitor applicants' case status, pending requirements, and case movement. - Coordinate timely submission and endorsement of documents to the appropriate teams. - Communicate case updates, requirements, and instructions clearly and professionally. - Monitor Fee Bill availability and coordinate required payment within established timelines. - Follow up with applicants regarding DS-260 completion and submission. - Coordinate the review of completed DS-260 forms with the appropriate immigration team or legal representative. - Relay feedback, corrections, and additional requirements to applicants promptly. - Coordinate the submission of civil documents and other required case documents. - Endorse qualified cases to the appropriate deployment team once the required processing stage is reached. - Maintain accurate and updated information in company trackers, pipeline systems, and Quickbase. - Prepare and update weekly case reports. - Conduct applicant orientations as required. - Respond to applicant inquiries through email, chat, and phone. - Coordinate with applicants, internal departments, partners, and the US team to facilitate timely case processing. - Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
