Job Summary
Responsible for handling administrative tasks related to the buy-back process. Duties include processing transactions, preparing documents, and coordinating with customers and internal departments. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, featuring a hybrid model of 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home.

Job Details
Responsible for handling administrative tasks related to the buy-back process, including receiving and checking buy-back transactions, preparing documents, updating records, coordinating with customers and internal departments, and ensuring that all transactions are properly documented and processed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record all buy-back transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, verify, and organize documents related to buy-back transactions.
- Check customer information, product details, quantities, and transaction records.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, forms, reports, and other required documents.
- Encode and maintain accurate records of buy-back transactions in the system.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse or operations team regarding returned/buy-back items.
- Coordinate with customers regarding transaction status, requirements, and concerns.
- Coordinate with accounting regarding payments, credits, refunds, or other financial transactions related to buy-backs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly buy-back reports.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday only
- 3 days working on-site, 2 days WFH
- Saturday and Sunday day off
