Accounting Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting and finance operations, lead the finance team, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will manage cost accounting, budgeting, and financial controls while maintaining compliance with regulations. This is an onsite role based in Angat, Bulacan.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting and finance operations.
- Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor cost accounting, budgeting, and financial controls.
- Review financial records, reports, and accounting transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Oversee inventory-related accounting activities and controls.
- Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Coordinate with management and other departments on financial matters.
- Perform other duties related to accounting and finance as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- At least 10 years of overall accounting and finance experience.
- 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong background in cost accounting.
- Experience in an inventory-heavy or industrial environment is an advantage.
- CPA is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong integrity and accountability.
- Can start immediately.
- Willing to work onsite in Angat, Bulacan.
