IT Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end software development projects in Makati City. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of project management experience and strong expertise in Agile methodologies. You will manage cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives.

Salary Range: Php 70,000 – Php 80,000 gross

Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or IT projects
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and SAP/ERP is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end software development projects from initiation to delivery and closure
- Manage cross‑functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely resolution of project blockers
- Conduct regular status reporting and continuously improve delivery processes using Agile practices
