About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies requiring manpower solutions (contractual, project-based, or direct hire)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR managers, operations heads, and key decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and service agreements
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of manpower requirements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine business strategies
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing in line with company guidelines
- Represent the company in industry events, job fairs, and networking activities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and pipeline activity using CRM tools
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in manpower, staffing, or HR services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of DOLE regulations, POLO requirements, and Philippine labor laws is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Filipino and English
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus
- Willing to travel for client visits and meetings
