Accounting Manager

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Review and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, disbursements, and general ledger transactions. Review bank reconciliations, petty cash, and other financial reconciliations. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Monitor the company’s cash flow, expenses, and financial activities. Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with BIR, external auditors, banks, and other relevant parties regarding accounting and financial matters. Review accounting schedules, supporting documents, journal entries, and other financial records. Monitor compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable accounting standards. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts. Analyze financial data and provide reports and recommendations to management. Lead, supervise, and monitor the performance of the Accounting team. Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of accounting deliverables. Strong background in accounting and financial firm business 3-5 years of experience. Must be CPA
