Patient Care: Assess and monitor patients' conditions, recording vital signs and reporting changes. Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by doctors. Assist patients with daily activities such as hygiene, mobility, and meals. Patient Support & Education: Provide emotional support to patients and their families, explaining treatment plans and answering questions. Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and healthy lifestyle practices. Documentation: Keep accurate and detailed patient records, including symptoms, progress, and treatments administered. Ensure timely and thorough documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Medical Assistance: Assist doctors and other healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and surgeries. Set up and monitor medical equipment, ensuring its proper function and patient safety. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to infection control protocols, health standards, and hospital policies. Ensure a safe and clean environment, taking preventative measures to avoid cross-contamination. Education: Nursing degree (BSN preferred) and a valid nursing license. Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required for entry-level roles. Skills: Strong communication, empathy, attention to detail, and ability to work in high-pressure situations. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, assist with patient lifting, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
