Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Sales) to provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone calls. - Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related concerns. - Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner. - Document customer interactions accurately in the system. - Follow company policies, call handling procedures, and quality standards. - Meet individual and team performance metrics. Qualifications - Atleast High School, Senior High School, or College graduate. - Good to excellent English communication skills. - Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. - Basic computer navigation and typing skills. - Customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required. - Sales experience Travel account experience is a plus. - Willing to work onsite.
