Position: Reservations Specialist (SM Fairview)
Responsibilities:
- Use customer interaction skills to deliver excellent customer service in a non-telco account.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of BPO experience handling English-speaking account (US/UK/AU)
- At least a high school diploma
- With strong communication skills (conversational, confident, spontaneous, relational)
- Strong comprehension and learning agility
- Able to work in a paperless environment with stringent compliance to information security measures
- Must be able to provide NBI clearance before the start date
