Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will handle high-volume inbound calls to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction. You will be responsible for gathering information, fulfilling customer needs, and meeting performance metrics in a temporary work-from-home setup. The role focuses on professional communication and continuous process improvement to ensure high-quality service.

Job Details
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professionally handles high volume inbound calls to quickly identify and resolve customer issues.
- Presents new products and services.
- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate ability to gauge customer response.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs, and educate customer.
- Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process.
- Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers.
- Responsible for call disposition or compiling and generating reports as required.

Qualifications:
- No BPO experience required for College Graduates
- Undergraduates or SHS/HS (old curriculum): at least 6 months BPO experience
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Comfortable with temporary WFH setup
- Preferably residing in or near Cauayan Isabela, or nearby areas!
