Job Requirements At least High School Graduate With or without experience Knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage Good communication and customer service skills Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Hardworking, reliable, and responsible Can work well with a team Willing to work on weekends and holidays Willing to be assigned to the designated work location Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items Take and process customer orders accurately Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment properly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar and work area Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and supplies Provide friendly and courteous customer service Monitor and restock coffee, ingredients, and other supplies Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards Handle customer concerns professionally Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
