Responsibilities
Monitor and oversee employees during the assigned shift
Ensure manpower is properly deployed and assigned to designated areas
Monitor employee attendance and shift schedules
Address and coordinate employee concerns
Handle and respond to client concerns and requests
Coordinate with employees and clients to resolve operational concerns
Monitor the overall manpower and workflow during the shift
Prepare and submit shift reports, updates, and incident reports
Escalate important concerns to the appropriate supervisor or management
Ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout the assigned shift
Perform other duties assigned by the management
