Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Analyze current processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies. Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity. Conduct time and motion studies and work measurement analysis. Prepare process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow documentation. Monitor production or operational performance and recommend improvements. Coordinate with different departments (Operations, HR, Accounting, etc.) for process alignment. Assist in manpower planning and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Prepare reports, data analysis, and presentations for management. Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply / or at least 1–2 years' experience (depending on requirement). Knowledge in process improvement, workflow analysis, and productivity tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills: Background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. Experience in time study and process documentation. Familiarity with ERP systems or data management tools. Work Environment: Office and/or site-based (depending on company operations). May require fieldwork, site visits, or coordination with operations teams.
