Sales Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities: • Create engaging social media content, reels, and marketing materials • Conduct photo and video shoots of the property and amenities • Design promotional materials using Canva and other editing tools • Manage and update the property's social media platforms • Respond to client inquiries through Messenger, email, and phone • Conduct site tours and assist clients during venue viewing • Prepare quotations, reservations, and booking documents • Coordinate with clients from inquiry until event confirmation • Build client relationships and help close bookings • Work closely with the Property Manager in planning marketing campaigns, promotions, and events • Assist in administrative and operational tasks when needed Qualifications: Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or any related course Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage Knowledgeable in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or other editing software Comfortable in creating social media content and appearing in videos Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, outgoing, and customer-oriented Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
