Management Trainee

Responsibilities: - Participate in comprehensive training programs covering the fundamentals of Revenue Cycle Management and Healthcare Credentialing. - Learn and apply established procedures and workflows under the guidance of experienced team members. - Assist with data entry and information gathering related to patient billing, insurance verification, and provider credentialing. - Shadow senior team members to observe and understand various processes and tasks. - Contribute to the accurate and timely processing of documentation and information. - Develop an understanding of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards. - Communicate effectively with team members and potentially with clients (under supervision). - Assist in the preparation and organization of reports and documentation. - Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving. - Demonstrate a commitment to learning and continuous improvement in both Revenue Cycle Management and Credentialing processes. What You Need (Depends on the Job): - Must be a fresh graduate with little to no experience (preferably healthcare, finance, business or psychology courses) - Must be able to report in our office at Eastwood, Quezon City (Mondays to Fridays) during training and possible to work in Hybrid set up upon deployment. - Preferably located at Marikina, Pasig, Antipolo, Rizal, Quezon City near Eastwood - Strong interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to learn about Revenue Cycle Management and Healthcare Credentialing. - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. What We Offer - PAID TRAINING: PHP 22,000 - UPON DEPLOYMENT: PHP 22,500 + 20% Bonus + Benefits
