Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for actively pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and tracking sales progress. Job Details
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities via email, cold calls, and warm calls daily.
- Generate and qualify sales leads by understanding prospects’ desired outcomes and product fit.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing team to develop targeted strategies and messaging that drive new business.
Client Relationship Management
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries within eight (8) to twelve (12) hours.
- Monitor dormant accounts (inactive for six months or uncovered by Territory Sales) and reactivate previous customers.
- Deliver high-quality conversion experiences through client-focused initiatives and programs.
Sales Tracking & Reporting
- Track sales progress against targets and maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline records.
- Monitor impact metrics, derive insights, and recommend improvements.
Market & Product Insight
- Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services to effectively position them to prospects and clients.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide timely feedback to the Technical team on product issues, enhancements, or client insights.
Team Support & Ad-Hoc Responsibilities
- Provide backup support for team members to ensure seamless department operations.
- Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Proven record in achieving sales targets, lead generation, and deal closure.
- Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
