Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Accountant with a CPA qualification and 8 to 10 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting within the Power & Energy industry or multinational companies. The successful candidate will manage financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and general ledger operations. Additionally, this role involves supervising accounting staff and supporting ERP implementation projects.

Job Responsibilities
Manage accounting and financial reporting for multiple corporate entities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS and IFRS.
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
Prepare financial reports and analysis for Regional Headquarters.
Ensure compliance with Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, and Local Business Tax.
Manage the General Ledger, account reconciliations, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation, cash management, cash flow forecasting, and payroll accounting.
Monitor budget performance and provide financial analysis to management.
Support tax reporting and ensure timely and accurate tax compliance.
Coordinate and support external and internal audits.
Manage and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Participate in ERP implementation and accounting system improvement projects.
Supervise, coach, and mentor accounting staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA qualification is required.
At least 8–10 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably within a multinational company or the Power & Energy industry.
Strong knowledge of PFRS and IFRS.
Strong understanding of corporate taxation, VAT, withholding tax, and tax compliance.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
Strong experience with General Ledger, reconciliation, financial statements, AP/AR, and payroll.
Experience in ERP implementation or accounting system improvement is an advantage.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in supervising or mentoring accounting team members is preferred.
