Ultrasound Technologist
Job Summary
Health Cube Medical Clinics is looking for an Ultrasound Technologist to perform various diagnostic imaging procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of a medical course with valid certifications in General Sonography or 2D Echocardiography. Responsibilities include conducting ultrasound exams, preparing preliminary technical reports, and maintaining equipment compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform various ultrasound procedures following clinical protocols
- Prepare and guide patients while ensuring physical comfort and safety
- Prepare accurate preliminary worksheets and documentation of findings
- Conduct daily equipment inspection, calibration, and routine upkeep
- Coordinate with clinical staff to maintain efficient patient workflow
Required Skills
- Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology, Nursing, or equivalent medical course
- Valid certification in General Sonography and/or 2D Echocardiography
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
- Willingness to rotate between Metro Manila branches

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostic Imaging: Perform various ultrasound procedures, including General Sonography, Vascular studies, and/or 2D Echocardiography, strictly following established clinical protocols.
- Patient Care: Prepare and guide patients through the procedure, explain the imaging process clearly, and ensure their physical comfort and safety throughout the exam.
- Technical Reporting: Prepare accurate preliminary worksheets and documentation of findings for the reviewing Radiologist or Cardiologist.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily inspection, calibration, and routine upkeep of ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Clinical Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with physicians, clinic nurses, and front-desk staff to maintain an efficient patient workflow and a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology, Nursing, or any equivalent medical course.
- Certifications: Must possess a valid certification in General Sonography and/or 2D Echocardiography (Cardiac Sonography).
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility: Willingness to be rotated or deployed between primary Metro Manila branches (Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong and Greenhills, San Juan).
