Mobility Account Trainer
Job Summary
The Mobility Account Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for team members handling mobility-related accounts. The role ensures that agents are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their tasks effectively and consistently meet performance standards.

Required Skills
- College graduate in IT, Computer Engineering, or related course
- At least 1 year BPO Trainer experience
- Experience with TNA and blended accounts
Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and implement comprehensive training modules for mobility account team members.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees, covering both technical and process-related topics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, observations, and feedback.
- Provide constructive feedback and ongoing support to trainees to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with team leads and management to identify training needs and update training content as required.
- Maintain training documentation and records of employee progress.
- Ensure that all training programs align with company standards and client requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any related technical course.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer in the BPO industry.
- Experience in conducting product-specific training and/or upskilling programs.
- Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is a plus.
- Experience handling blended accounts (voice and non-voice) is preferred.
