Retail Sales Associate

Duties and Responsibilities - Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases. - Recommend products based on customers’ needs and preferences. - Explain product features, prices, and ongoing promotions. - Process sales transactions accurately and follow cash-handling procedures. - Arrange merchandise and maintain clean, organized product displays. - Monitor stock availability, replenish shelves, and report low inventory. - Assist with deliveries, stock counts, and inventory checking. - Handle customer concerns professionally and refer issues to the supervisor when necessary. - Work with the team to achieve sales targets. - Follow store policies and procedures. Qualifications - At least a Senior High School graduate or equivalent. - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. - Basic math skills; familiarity with POS systems is an advantage. - Responsible, honest, and attentive to detail. - Able to work effectively with a team in a busy store environment. - Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays. - Able to perform store duties, including standing for extended periods and organizing merchandise, with reasonable accommodation when needed.
