Massage Therapist

Job Summary We are hiring a full-time Licensed Massage Therapist to deliver high-quality massage services that relieve stress, ease muscle tension, and promote overall wellness. You will assess client’s needs, apply our treatment, and help build a loyal client base through excellent service. Key Responsibilities - Perform professional massage treatments based on client’s needs and our service menu - Assess clients’ muscle conditions and concerns, and recommend appropriate techniques - Provide relaxation, therapeutic, and remedial massage - Keep treatment rooms, linens, tools, and equipment clean, sanitized, and well stocked - Follow all hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety standards - Greet clients warmly and build rapport to encourage repeat visits - Report to work on time and follow the shift schedule Qualifications and Skills: - Licensed Massage Therapist (DOH-issued license) OR NC II Massage Therapy holder (TESDA) - At least 2 years of experience as a massage therapist (preferred) - Knowledge of various massage techniques and basic human anatomy - Good communication and customer service skills - Physical stamina and dexterity; able to stand and work for extended periods - Professional, calm, and respectful with clients and coworkers - Able to work on-site in Cebu City BENEFITS - Competitive monthly salary + commission and 100% of tips - Paid leave benefits - Free uniform / training / incentives - Growth opportunities (training, senior therapist roles, additional branches) - Friendly, supportive, and professional work environment - Company events
