Chotto Matcha is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join their pioneer team in the Taguig Branch. The role involves preparing and serving coffee, tea, and food while delivering friendly customer service and maintaining a clean workspace. Candidates must possess good communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the flexibility to work in shifting schedules.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and food items
- Deliver friendly customer service
- Manage cash or digital point-of-sale transactions
- Keep the café workspace and seating areas clean, stocked, and sanitary
Required Skills
- At least 5'4" in height
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Tagalog)
- Customer service oriented
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and food items while delivering friendly customer service, managing cash or digital point-of-sale transactions, and keeping the café workspace and seating areas clean, stocked, and sanitary
Job Requirements
- At least 5'4" in height
- Good in written and verbal communication skills (English & Tagalog)
- At least Senior High Grad./ College level
- With pleasing personality and good grooming
- Customer service oriented - friendly, approachable, and can smile even when busy
- Can work under pressure.
- Flexible to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
- With or without experience in F&B / Cafe / Restaurant (but experience is a plus)
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
- Must be willing to be trained
- Can start ASAP
